Bio:
Ghost of the Russian Empire was create in late 2004 in the frigid tundra of central Texas. It's members are dedicated to bringing voice to the suspicions and astonishments of the past, present, and future worlds. Pulling themes from  historical, political, and science fiction realms, the band attempts to transport their ideas with engaging and intricate song work.
Their debut EP, with fiercest demolition was recorded with producer Erik Wofford (The Black Angels, Voxtrot, Explosions in the Sky) at Cacophony Studios in Austin, Texas. In 2008The band recorded their first full length, the mammoth, also with Erik. Two superb recordings. The band disbanded in late 2008.
